WE INVITE ANY GUESTS WHO ARE TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN TO JOIN US FOR DRINKS AS WE WELCOME YOU FOR THE WEEKEND

The Farm House, starting at 8pm

Beer and wine will be provided, although you are welcome to bring any drinks you’d like. Please note, there will be no food provided at this event, but check out one of the fabulous restaurants we listed on our travel page for a delicious meal before stopping by!

RECEPTION & CEREMONY

A JOYFUL CEREMONY CELEBRATING THE MARRIAGE OF KEVIN AND CLAIRE, FOLLOWED BY COCKTAIL HOUR AND AN EVENING RECEPTION

Sylvan Ridge Farm starting at 3pm

Guests will begin arriving at Sylvan Ridge at 3pm, with ceremony processions starting promptly at 3:30. For transportation, we have organized shuttle services from the hotels which are detailed below.

The ceremony will be held on the front lawn, so keep in mind that pointy heels are not recommended on the grass. A cocktail hour will be held under the barn following the ceremony.

FOR THOSE LOOKING TO CONTINUE THE PARTY, WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US BELOW THE BARN FOR MORE DANCING, DRINKS, AND LATE NIGHT BITES

ATTIRE

SPRING FORMAL
Elegant and dressy attire, more polished than cocktail but not quite black-tie

Women: formal midi or full-length dresses, we encourage you to wear florals and pastel spring colors!
Men: suit and tie, jacket optional
Please avoid white and colors that are too light

SHUTTLES

SHUTTLE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED FROM THE HOTELS

There will be a shuttle service running between the two hotels we have room blocks reserved; The Hamptons Inn and the Best Western. On Saturday shuttles will arrive at 2:45pm to begin bringing guests up to the ceremony. A second shuttle service will arrive for the second set of guests. 

After the reception is over, shuttles will begin returning to the two hotels starting at 10pm. This service will continue until the end of the after party at 11pm.

Important note: While we understand not everyone is staying at these two hotels, we highly suggest  using the shuttle services provided to get to the venue. Ride shares are scarce in this area, and while we understand there is a parking lot, we strongly advise guests who plan on drinking not to drive. The venue is up a very steep and windy mountain and is a dangerous road at night.

WEATHER

CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR WILL TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE
Weather permitting, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Once we move into the barn for the reception, guests are welcome to flow freely in and out to enjoy the grounds, lawn games, and fire pit at night. Since it's early may we suggest a light sweater or shawl for the evening.
