Please see below a list a frequently asked questions. We kindly request you refer to the below before reaching our directly to Claire & Kevin. 

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to the size of the venue we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only occasion.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?
Guest arrivals will begin at 3pm, with the processions starting promptly at 3:30pm. If you are taking the shuttles provided, you should be in the lobby of your hotel by 2:45pm for the first round of transportation. Please see more information on shuttles here.

WILL THE EVENT BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be held inside the bar. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move inside the barn.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes! There is a large parking lot on site for those who wish to drive to the venue. However, if you plan on drinking we highly advise guests to use the shuttle services as the roads to the venue are very steep and windy, and dangerous to navigate at night.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! No need to bring your wallets!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
We kindly request your response no later than March 20th. To RSVP, you can visit the link here.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The entire property is wheelchair accessible. There is handicapped parking, paved walkways that provide access to all buildings on the property, and an elevator located in the barn.
